Mr. Boyd serves as the Chair of the Board of Agnico Eagle Mines Limited. Prior to this role, he was the Executive Chair of the Board from February 2022 until his retirement in December 2023, and Vice Chairman and Agnico Eagle's CEO from 1998 to 2022. Before his appointment as CEO, Mr. Boyd served as the Chief Financial Officer from 1990 to 1998 and Comptroller from 1985 to 1990.
During Mr. Boyd's tenure as CEO, Agnico Eagle grew from a small, single mine gold producer to a multi-mine international gold mining company. In December 2020, the Globe and Mail ROB Magazine recognized him as its Global Visionary of the Year CEO. He was recognized as The Northern Miner's Mining Person of the Year in 2007 and 2017, and appeared on the list of The Best-Performing CEOs in the World in the Harvard Business Review in 2010, 2016 and 2017. In 2019, Mr. Boyd was recognized by the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA Ontario) as a Fellow, the highest honour bestowed upon a CPA within the accounting profession. In 2021, he received the degree Doctor of Laws honoris causa, from St. Francis Xavier University (Nova Scotia).
Mr. Boyd served on the Board of Directors of The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation (2013-2022). He has also served on the Boards of the World Gold Council and the St. Francis Xavier University Board of Governors.
Prior to joining Agnico Eagle in 1985, Mr. Boyd was an accountant with Clarkson Gordon (Ernst & Young). He is a Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant (FCPA, FCA) and a graduate of the University of Toronto (B.Comm.).
Paul Brink is President & Chief Executive Officer and a director of Franco-Nevada. Prior to his appointment as CEO, Mr. Brink served as President & Chief Operating Officer of Franco-Nevada from May 2018 to May 2020. He has been with Franco-Nevada since its initial public offering in 2007 and successfully led its business development activities as SVP, Business Development from 2008 until his promotion to President & Chief Operating Officer in 2018. Mr. Brink is active with a number of not-for-profit organizations. He previously had roles in corporate development at Newmont, investment banking at BMO Nesbitt Burns and project financing at UBS. Mr. Brink holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Witwatersrand and a Master’s degree in Management Studies from Oxford University.
Andrew Snowden was appointed as President and CEO of Torex in June 2026, having previously served as CFO since January 2021. He is a senior mining executive with 25 years of international corporate experience. Before joining Torex, Mr. Snowden served as Senior Vice President and CFO at Sherritt International Corporation, a multinational mining company with its primary operations in North America, Africa and the Caribbean. There he provided leadership in all areas of business and financial management including strategic planning, performance measurement, debt and equity financing and corporate development.
Prior to joining Sherritt in 2012, Mr. Snowden gained 12 years of experience at Ernst & Young in the UK, Australia, and Canada. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Durham in England. Mr. Snowden is also a Certified Director from the ICD-Rotman Directors Education Program and serves as a Director of Torex.
Phillip Mackey grew up and studied in Australia but made his metallurgical mark in Canada. He was a major force behind the development of two new processes used in smelters today to treat copper concentrates and recycled materials. He earned his BSc (Hons) from the University of New South Wales in 1964 and completed his PhD at its School of Metallurgy in 1969. He then moved to Montreal to join the Noranda Research Centre. He played a major role in commercializing the Noranda Reactor Process, first implemented at the Horne smelter in Quebec in 1973 and then used elsewhere in the world. He later co-invented the Noranda Converting Process to improve the environmental performance of copper converters. The reactor process went on to treat so far an estimated 80 million tonnes of copper concentrate globally, while the converting process has produced more than five million tonnes of metallic copper since 2000. A Fellow of both CIM (Canada) and TMS (USA), Mackey received the Selwyn G. Blaylock Medal of CIM in 2010, The COM Silver Medal in 2006, and in 2012, he won the Airey Award, the most prestigious award for a metallurgist in Canada. Mackey is a co-founder of the Copper-Cobre conferences, which expanded from a joint Canadian-Chilean enterprise to embrace the entire global copper industry. Mackey is on the Board of Hazen Research of Denver, USA. The Phillip Mackey Symposium was held in his honour at the 2019 Copper Conference in Vancouver. He presented the TMS Extractive & Processing Division Distinguished Lecture in 2020 and received the John Elliott Lectureship Award of the Association for Iron and Steel Technology for 2021-2022. He was a Distinguished Lecturer for CIM in 2022-2023. He was inducted into the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame in 2022 for his work on copper and nickel.
He formed his own consulting company after leaving Xstrata and this has led to a wide range of projects worldwide, including work on the development of new nickel projects and nickel-copper projects. He sees Canada entering a new era for investment and development in mining and metallurgical projects; using his wide store of knowledge in mining and metallurgy, Mackey is helping to grow new projects in Canada.
I have worked in the asset manager business for more than 30 years. In 2019 I founded AuAg Funds, with the launch of our flag ship fund AuAg Silver Bullet. AuAg Funds is a true boutique asset manager, now with four funds, all within the mining & metals sector.
The funds have over 130 000 investors through banks and other investment platforms and in the beginning of 2026 the firm reached an AUM of 1.2B USD. Thanks to strong returns and inflows AuAg has today become a substantial owner in many mining companies.

Patrick Elliott brings 26+ years of experience in mineral exploration, resource sector finance, and project evaluation. He is an economic geologist with a BSc in Geology from the University of Western Ontario, an MSc in Mineral Economics, and an MBA in Finance from Curtin University of Technology in Perth, Australia.

Since entering Peru in 2005, Mr. Elliott and his core team at Globetrotters have generated a portfolio of copper and gold assets with potential tier-1 and tier-2 characteristics.
Mr. Elliott specializes in economic project evaluation, financial modeling, CAPEX estimation, and mining finance as applied to mineral exploration and resource development. His broad network spans retail and institutional investors, corporate finance professionals, research analysts, and venture capital groups, making him a key connector in the junior mining ecosystem.
Jessie Liu-Ernsting is Chief Corporate Development Officer at FireFly Metals (ASX, TSX: FFM), leading strategy, corporate development, and investor relations. A professional engineer with 20 years’ experience across engineering, finance, and capital markets, she has held senior roles spanning technical, financial, and strategic capacities in the global mining industry. Previously, Jessie was VP Investor Relations at G Mining Ventures, where she was a part of the team that grew the company from a $200M developer into a C$4.7B producer, establishing its inaugural IR program, securing US$481M in project financing, and supporting its C$875M merger with Reunion Gold. Earlier, as inaugural VP of Corporate Development & IR at a junior explorer, she helped delivering 14x share price growth in its first year. Jessie also worked with Resource Capital Funds, CIBC Corporate Banking, structuring over $4B of financings across 23 commodities and six continents. She serves on the boards of Andean Silver Ltd (ASX:ASL), Aston Bay Holdings (TSXV:BAY) and the PDAC.
