Renaud Adams has over 30 years of global mining experience in senior executive positions and operations. Mr. Adams was President and Chief Executive Officer of New Gold Inc. from 2018 to 2022, where he led the strategic repositioning of the company. Prior to New Gold, Mr. Adams was President and Chief Executive Officer of Richmont Inc. from 2014 until the company was sold to Alamos Gold in November 2017. During Mr. Adams' time at Richmont Mines, production at the company's principal mine more than doubled, mineral reserves more than tripled, and costs were reduced to make the Island Gold Mine in Ontario one of the lowest cost operating underground mines in the Americas. From 2011 to 2014, Mr. Adams was Chief Operating Officer at Primero Mining Corporation, and prior to that he was General Manager of IAMGOLD's Rosebel mine in Suriname before being appointed Senior Vice President, Americas Operations. Prior to IAMGOLD, Mr. Adams held various senior operations positions at mining operations located in the Americas. Mr. Adams holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mining and Mineral Processing from Laval University in Quebec, Canada.
Throughout his 50-year career, Ross Beaty has been a leader in the international mining and renewable energy industries.
After graduating from the University of British Columbia in 1979 in geology and law, Ross began a geological contracting company, Beaty Geological, which he operated from 1980 through 1987. In 1985, Ross established Equinox Resources, a public exploration and gold mining company. In 1994, Ross sold Equinox and founded Pan American Silver. Based in Vancouver, Pan American is now one of the world’s largest silver mining companies with 11 operating mines and 24,000 employees. Between 1994 and 2017 Ross founded 11 other mineral exploration companies and a renewable energy company that has become one of Canada’s largest independent power producers. In 2018, Ross began Equinox Gold, which now operates eight mines in the Americas.
Ross Beaty has received a number of rewards in his career including the Order of Canada, and was inducted to the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame in 2018.

Since joining CRU, Oliver has managed the company's Gold Costs Service as well as having worked on copper costs and supply. As part of his role within gold, Oliver is responsible for updating and maintaining a growing cost curve of over 420 assets, creating cost and supply forecasts, and performing in-depth analysis of the industry. CRU's Gold Costs and Precious Metals Services provide comprehensive, independent views and analysis of the industry, helping to support a wide range of clients including miners, banks and ratings firms. Prior to CRU, Oliver studied Exploration and Resource Geology at Cardiff University, and a Master's in Mining Geology from Camborne School of Mines.
Since joining MAC in 2011, Ben has been responsible for the Towards Sustainable Mining (TSM) initiative, MAC’s award-winning program focused on enabling mining companies to meet society’s needs for minerals, metals and energy products in the most socially, economically and environmentally responsible way. As Senior Vice President, Ben is also responsible for overseeing MAC’s work related to Public Affairs & Communications and Government Relations. Ben began working in the mining industry in 2004 at the Myra Falls Operations in British Columbia as an Environmental Supervisor. Prior to MAC, Ben served as Vice President, Environment and Technical Affairs for the Mining Association of British Columbia and was also a Senior Policy Analyst with Natural Resources Canada.

With more than 10 years in the company, Amparo is responsible for guiding Teck´s global strategy and establishing governance and standards to drive enterprise sustainability performance in the areas of community & indigenous affairs, environment, and permitting. She also serves as the company´s senior liaison for Latin American government and community affairs.
Previously, she held the position of Vice President South America, where she was responsible for the environmental and sectorial approval of the Quebrada Blanca Phase 2 project, the largest mining project built in Chile in the last 10 years and which today is key to the company's copper growth strategy.
Amparo participates in the Chilean mining industry as a member of the Executive Committee of the Mining Council and, until September 2024, was a director of National Mining Society (SONAMI) for four years. She is a director of the Chilean Pacific Foundation, the Chilean-Canadian Chamber of Commerce and a member of UNICEF's Business Advisory Committee. In 2024, she joined the board of the Foundation Image of Chile and the Carbon Neutrality and Resilience Committee summoned by the Ministries of Environment, Economy, Energy and Science.
Among her recognitions this year, she was distinguished as Executive of the Year at the annual business awards given by EY Chile and the newspaper El Mercurio and was chosen by the NGO IWiM as the global ambassador of the worldwide campaign International Day of Women in Mining 2024 (IDWIM). In addition, Forbes Chile recognized her as one of the 50 most powerful women in Chile.
Amparo was previously named to the list of 100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining in 2020 by Women In Mining UK, Executive of the Year by Women in Mining Chile in 2019, and also recognized for her work with Indigenous Peoples by the Canadian Embassy in Chile in 2017.
Mr Forwood is a qualified lawyer and geologist experienced in the resources sector. He has been CIO of the ASX listed Lowell Resources Fund since 2016, one of the best performing LIT’s in Australia. He has more than 25 years of resources financing experience. He spent 17 years with RMB Resources, including 13 years as a manager of the Telluride Fund. At RMB, he acted as a principal financier of equity, structured quasi-equity and project finance to the junior resources sector. Mr Forwood also has 5 years' experience in exploration and development geology in Australia, Tanzania and Indonesia. Previously, he qualified with a major Australian law firm to practice as a barrister and solicitor.
Mr. Lundin has many years of experience in capital markets and public company management across the natural resources sector. His background includes oil & gas and mining technology, investment advisory, international finance, and executive management. He began his career working for several Lundin Group mining companies in various countries before moving into finance where he was co-head of the London office for an international securities firm.
Mr. Lundin is the former President, CEO and a Director of Josemaria Resources Inc. He now serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors of Lundin Mining Corporation and Filo Mining Corp. He also currently serves on the Board of Directors of Lucara Diamond Corp., NGEx Minerals Ltd., and the Lundin Foundation.

Jack Lundin was appointed President in 2022 and took over the role of CEO in December 2023. He has extensive experience in the natural resource industry gained through exposure with several Lundin Group companies.
Prior to joining Lundin Mining, Jack was President & CEO of Bluestone Resources Inc., and before which he was involved in the highly successful development of Lundin Gold Inc.'s Fruta del Norte Gold Mine in southern Ecuador, serving as the Project Superintendent. He began his career in the mining sector working prospecting jobs on various early-stage projects in Canada, Russia, Ireland, and Portugal.
Jack holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Chapman University and a Master of Engineering degree in Mineral Resource Engineering from the University of Arizona. He currently sits on the board of directors of Lundin Gold Inc., Lundin Foundation, and the University of Arizona’s Lowell Institute for Mineral Resources.

Rob is the Chairman and Chief Owner of McEwen Mining, which has three producing mines in Nevada, Ontario, and Argentina and holds 48% interest in the large Los Azules copper project in Argentina. Rob has been associated with the gold industry all his career, his first 18 years in the investment industry and since 1990 as CEO of several gold mining companies.
Rob is the founder of Goldcorp, where he took the company from a market capitalization of $50 million to over $8 billion. With a cost of investment in McEwen Mining (NYSE, TSX: MUX) and McEwen Copper of US$225 million, he owns 16.1% of MUX, 13.2% of McEwen Copper and takes a salary of $1/ year.
Rob and his wife, Cheryl, have donated over $60 million to encourage excellence and innovation in healthcare and education.
Rob was awarded the Order of Canada in 2007, the Queen Elizabeth's Diamond Jubilee Award in 2013, was inducted into the Mining Hall of Fame in 2017 and has Honorary Doctor of Law Degrees from York University and Western University.
He is also a member of the Dean’s Advisory Board, Schulich School of Business; X Prize Foundation: Vision Circle and Board of Trustees; a member of CEO (Chief Executive Organization) and of WPO (World Presidents’ Organization) and serves on the Advisory Board of the McEwen School of Architecture.
Mr. Neumeyer has worked in the investment community since 1984. He began his career at a number of Canadian national brokerage firms. Mr. Neumeyer moved on to work with several publicly-traded companies in the resource and high technology sectors. His roles have included senior management positions and directorships responsible in areas of finance, business development, strategic planning and corporate restructuring. Mr. Neumeyer was the original and founding President of First Quantum Minerals Ltd. (T-FM). Mr. Neumeyer founded First Majestic Silver in 2002 and First Mining Gold in 2015. Mr. Neumeyer has also listed a number of companies on the Toronto Stock Exchange and as such has extensive experience dealing with the financial, regulatory, legal and accounting issues that are relevant in the investment community. Mr. Neumeyer also won the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2011 for the Metals & Mining category.

Erin O’Toole is the President and Managing Director of ADIT North America and serves on the executive committee of ADIT Group in Paris. ADIT Group is a leading business intelligence firm that provides global investment due diligence and economic diplomacy services around the world. He assumed this role after having served as the Leader of the Conservative Party and a Member of Parliament for a decade. In 2021, Erin ran to be the Prime Minister of Canada in the general election held amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the challenging circumstances of the election, Mr. O’Toole won the popular vote and advanced a series of policies that continue to resonate in Canadian politics today.
First elected in a 2012 by-election. Mr. O’Toole was quickly promoted to Parliamentary Secretary for International Trade, where he helped the Canadian government finalize trade agreements with the European Union, South Korea, Honduras and the countries of the Trans-Pacific Partnership. In this role he was also given carriage of corporate social responsibility and sustainability engagement with the mining and oil and gas sector. Promoted to cabinet a year later, Erin modernized the Veterans Affairs department and was a leading voice for the Conservative government on defence and national security issues.
Erin is one of Canada's most respected thought leaders on economic and foreign policy issues because of his public service, his private sector experience and his service in uniform. A graduate of the Royal Military College, Erin served as an officer in the Royal Canadian Air Force flying on the Sea King helicopter in support of naval operations. A graduate of Dalhousie Law School, Mr. O’Toole practiced law at Stikeman Elliott and Heenan Blaikie in Toronto and spent five years as in-house counsel for Procter & Gamble.
Erin and his wife Rebecca live in Toronto and are the proud parents of Mollie and Jack. He continues to comment on geopolitical and economic competitiveness issues in Canada and hosts the popular Blue Skies podcast exploring these issues.
Minister George Pirie was appointed as Minister of Mines by Premier Ford in June 2022. George’s family roots began in the Porcupine over 100 years ago. He is a graduate of Laurentian University and is happily married with two children and three grandchildren. Prior to entering politics, George was a senior mining executive with over thirty-five years of experience in the industry both domestically and internationally. He has held senior positions in the industry for over seventeen years and also has a long history of involvement in the local community. As Mayor of Timmins, George oversaw the largest mining boom in fifty years. He has served on the Mining Association of Canada, the Ontario Mining Association and was also the co-chairman of the Ontario Mineral Industry Cluster Initiative.
Locally, in Timmins, he has made a positive impact in his community by serving on the Porcupine Health Unit and as Chairman of the Timmins Police Service. He has also served as Chairman of the Board of Governors with Northern College, co-chaired local United Way campaigns, and served on local hospital boards as well as community associations.

Jennifer Prospero is the Senior Director, Sustainability for Eldorado Gold Corporation, a gold and base metals producer with mining, development and exploration operations in Türkiye, Canada and Greece, including our Skouries copper-gold project, currently under construction.Jennifer has been a sustainability leader in industry for nearly 15 years, earning national and international recognition for her work. Previous to Eldorado, Jennifer worked at Sherritt International and before that, was part of the original permitting team for the Baffinland Mary River mine in Nunavut, Canada.
In 2022, Jennfier was named a 100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining (WIM100) by Women in Mining UK.

Mr. Sean Roosen is Founder, and former Chairman and CEO of Osisko Gold Royalties. Mr. Roosen was Chairman of the Board of Directors since the inception of Osisko Royalties in 2014 until 2023. Mr. Roosen was a founding member of Osisko Mining Corporation (2003) and of EurAsia Holding AG, a European venture capital fund.
Mr. Roosen has over 30 years of progressive experience in the mining industry. As founder, President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Osisko Mining Corporation, he was responsible for developing the strategic plan for the discovery, financing and development of the Canadian Malartic mine. He also led the efforts for the maximization of shareholders’ value in the sale of Osisko Mining Corporation, which resulted in the creation of Osisko Royalties. Mr. Roosen is an active participant in the resource sector and in the formation of new companies to explore for mineral deposits both in Canada and internationally.
In 2017, Mr. Roosen received an award from Mines and Money Americas for best Chief Executive Officer in North America and was, in addition, named in the "Top 20 Most Influential Individuals in Global Mining". In prior years, he has been recognized by several organizations for his entrepreneurial successes and his leadership in innovative sustainability practices. Mr. Roosen is a graduate of the Haileybury School of Mines.
Rick began his career 47 years ago in 1974 in the securities business and has been involved in it ever since. He is known for his expertise in many resource sectors, including agriculture, alternative energy, forestry, oil and gas, mining, and water. In 1990, Rick founded the business now known as Sprott US Holdings” merging in into Sprott Inc. ( SII) in 2011. He retired from Sprott Inc., in 2021, and resigned from the board of directors in 2023, but remains Sprott’s largest shareholder. IMr. Rule is a sought-after speaker at industry conferences, and a frequent contributor to numerous media outlets including CNBC, Fox Business News and BNN. Mr. Rule is actively engaged in private placement markets, through originating and participating in hundreds of debt and equity transactions.
Nicole Schwab is Co-Head of the Nature Positive Pillar at the World Economic Forum, and member of the Executive Committee. In that role she oversees the Forum’s work on the transition to a nature-positive economy, as well as 1t.org, the Forum’s trillion trees platform focusing on restoration and conservation of forest landscapes. Prior to joining the Forum, she served as a consultant and strategic advisor to non-profit organizations focusing on forest and ocean conservation and restoration, including National Geographic Society’s Campaign for Nature. Mr. Steinmann joined Pan American in 2004 and held progressively senior roles before being promoted to President in 2015 and President and CEO in 2016. He has also been a director of the Company since 2016.
Mr. Steinmann has over 25 years of experience in the base and precious metals industry. He holds a Ph.D. in Natural Science (Geology) from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETHZ), a M.Sc. in Geology from the University of Zurich, and a Degree in Corporate Finance from Escuela Superior de Administración y Negocios, Lima.

Mr. Macdonald is the Vice President of Geological Services for the Manex Resource Group of Companies and in such capacity has been the Vice President Exploration and Exploration Manager for several publically listed companies including Southern Silver Exploration Corp., Homestake Resource Corporation (formerly Bravo Gold Corp.), Valterra Resource Corporation, Duncastle Gold Corp. and Fortune River Gold Corporation. Mr. Macdonald has overseen the exploration of many projects throughout North America including the discovery and delineation of the high-grade 1.2 million ounce Homestake Ridge Au-Ag deposit in northern British Columbia and is currently advancing Southern Silver’s 24 million tonne Cerro Las Minitas Ag-Pb-Zn project, Durango State, Mexico. Mr. Macdonald graduated with a B.Sc. (Hons) from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 1990 and earned a MSc. from the University of British Columbia in 1999. Over his career in the geosciences Mr. Macdonald's work has focused on vein and intrusion-related gold systems, VMS and Skarn/CRD environments. Prior to joining Manex, Mr. Macdonald worked as a geologist with the British Columbia Geological Survey and Teck Exploration on projects in Alaska, Peru and British Columbia.

A Brixton Metals Co-founder and entrepreneur, Gary has over 25 years of experience in resources including precious-base metals, oil & gas and geothermal power and has been leading a public company since 2006. Previous employment and experience include both junior and major mining and energy companies including Newmont Mining, NovaGold Resources and Encana Corporation. Gary’s Cayley Geothermal went public in 2006 through the acquisition Sierra Geothermal Power, where he was CEO until it was acquired by Ram Power in 2010.

Kimberly has more than two decades’ experience in the fields of marketing, communications, investor relations, and public relations across a wide variety of industries. In 2012 she turned her sights on applying her skills and experience to the mining industry and founded Refined Substance, a Montreal-based company that offers strategic communications and marketing services tailored to the mining industry in both English and French. She has been with Osisko Metals since 2022, shortly before its acquisition of the Gaspé Copper project in Quebec, Canada.
A graduate of the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University, Kimberly serves as a director of the Quebec Mineral Exploration Association (QMEA/AEMQ), and is a past Chair of the Montreal chapter of Women in Mining, a global organization dedicated to the promotion and recognition of women pursuing careers in the mining sector.

Dr. Diane Nicolson is an experienced and successful mining executive with over 25 years of global experience in the minerals exploration and mining industry. As President and CEO of Amarc Resources Ltd., a Hunter Dickinson Inc.-associated company, Dr. Nicolson is focused on advancing the company’s portfolio of district-scale copper-gold projects – JOY, DUKE and IKE – located in British Columbia, Canada. She was pivotal in negotiating up to C$200 million in non-share dilute agreements with major companies: Freeport-McMoRan Mineral Properties Canada Inc. at the JOY District and Boliden Mineral Canada Ltd. at the DUKE District, which can earn up to a 70% interest in the respective districts through staged investments of C$110 million and C$90 million. In addition, Amarc completed a financing in 2023 for work at the IKE District. Over $17 million in drilling-focused programs have been underway since late January 2024 across the three Districts.
Dr. Nicolson holds a B.Sc. degree in Geology from the University of London and a PhD in Economic Geology from the University of Wales. Her extensive academic background is complemented by a rich professional career that spans both precious and base metals exploration. She has worked across the globe, and was based in Latin America for over 15 years leading exploration teams and managing projects primarily for Rio Tinto and Noranda. Also experienced in project evaluation and in business development, she has been in involved in business development in British Columbia, Asia, Latin American, and Europe.

President & CEO, and Director at Forte Minerals Corp. brings over 20 years of experience in mineral exploration, resource sector finance, and marketing. An accomplished economic geologist holds a BSc in Geology from the University of Western Ontario, an MSc in Mineral Economics, and an MBA in Finance from Curtin University of Technology in Perth, Australia.
Currently, Mr. Elliott also serves as a director of Element 29 Resources (TSX-V: ECU), President and CEO of Lexore Capital Corp., a private resource investment firm, and VP of Corporate Development and Strategy at Globetrotters Resources Group, a private Peruvian copper company.
With over a decade of professional experience, Mr. Elliott has extensively worked across North and South America and the Former Soviet Union, contributing to notable junior mining companies. His previous roles include project geologist for Midas Gold's Golden Meadows Deposit (Idaho, USA) and AQM Copper's Zafranal Copper Deposit (Peru), both significant projects in feasibility stages.
Mr. Elliott specializes in economic resource project evaluation, financial modeling, CAPEX estimation, and mining finance. His vast network within the financial sector spans retail, institutional, corporate finance, research, and venture capital.
Chris Frostad, a founding partner of Purepoint Uranium, brings over 40 years of expertise across both the uranium market and the broader mining & metals and technology industries. As an industry leader, he has successfully guided public companies through transformative growth phases, capitalizing on his extensive experience in the uranium sector to strategically advance Purepoint’s position in the market.
Mr. Frostad has played a pivotal role in launching and scaling high-growth public and private ventures, drawing on his expertise as a former Director of multiple mining and technology firms. Before joining Purepoint, he held senior executive positions in the technology sector, including serving as CEO in Residence at a Toronto-based venture capital firm, where he supported emerging tech companies. A Chartered Accountant and Chartered Professional Accountant, Mr. Frostad began his career specializing in International Taxation with Deloitte.
Neil Woodyer was a founder and CEO of both Leagold Mining and Endeavour Mining. He has an extensive history in the mining sector creating growth strategies, implementing financing plans, leading management teams, and creating shareholder value. In 1988, Mr. Woodyer was the founder of Endeavour Financial, a successful mining merchant banking and advisory business. In 2009, he and Frank Giustra devised Endeavour’s growth strategy and as CEO, he led Endeavour Financial’s transition from a financial company into a mine operations and development company, Endeavour Mining. Endeavour Mining grew through a series of acquisitions and new mine builds to become one of the largest gold producers in West Africa. In early 2020, after he arranged Leagold Mining’s merger with Equinox Gold, Mr. Woodyer – along with other team members – created Aris Gold (now Aris Mining) to repeat the shareholder value strategies that had previously proven successful at Endeavour Mining and Leagold Mining.
Mr. Coles has served as CEO and President for several Toronto Venture Stock Exchange listed junior mining exploration and development companies over the years. Mr. Coles entered the mining business as part of an effort to develop a mineral resource discovered on family farmland in Virginia. He was previously an analyst for Cadence Investment Partners, from 2005 through to 2007. Prior to that Mr. Coles worked for UBS Investment Bank in New York as a Senior Research Analyst in the bank’s High Yield Group. Mr. Coles started at UBS Investment Bank in 1999 as an Associate reporting to the bank’s Global Head of Fixed Income Strategy. Mr. Coles holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Richmond.

Nicole Brewster has a successful private corporation background in the mineral exploration industry, both as a property owner, an exploration contractor and a management consultant. In addition to certain technical abilities within this field, Ms. Brewster is a hands on business person comfortable operating and managing private companies within regulatory framework and requirements within the exploration industry, both private and public, including environmental and labour legislation, QA/QC and best practices for exploration, in conjunction with and to the benefit of affected local communities, in both Canada and other jurisdictions around the world. Ms. Brewster is the managing partner, in charge of the business affairs, of two exploration contracting companies, and maintains a role in other private companies. Ms. Brewster, has been a founder of, and initially involved in the operations of, private companies which have gone on to be public through take-over or merger transactions.
Mr. Brent Johnson is an accredited environmental scientist with a postgraduate degree and over 20 years’ experience assessing and managing the ESG risks of a diversity of energy, waste, chemical, mining and oil & gas projects. Mr. Johnson spent 2010 to 2017 with Dundee Precious Metals, principally focusing on ESG risks at their Namibian smelter - most notably their significant volumes of legacy & operational arsenic trioxide waste. Working with stakeholders, authorities, independent experts and innovative technology providers like DST, Mr. Johnson played a leadership role in understanding & mitigating this risk. He remains deeply connected to Africa and has experience in over 25 countries on the continent, as well as more broadly in Brazil, Indonesia & Canada. He has published several papers on arsenic trioxide & other ESG aspects germane to the mining & metals sector. Mr. Johnson has a long history with DST and is actively working as part of the team commercializing the GlassLock and CLEVR processes & developing green minerals technology for the industry. Core to his role is ensuring and enhancing environmental & broader sustainability performance of DST and its technologies, in addition to developing project opportunities globally.
A Corporate Finance Executive with 30 years experience in Mining, Energy, and Real Estate, Mr. Rourke holds a proven track record with successful start-up companies. His leadership experience and entrepreneurial approach have given new direction and scale to the Scottie Resources efforts in the Golden Triangle.
Janet Meiklejohn stands as a highly accomplished senior financial executive, with over twenty-five years of experience in corporate finance, institutional equity sales, and serving as a Chief Financial Officer for various high-growth public and private companies. Her expertise encompasses financial reporting and valuation, governance, strategy, corporate finance, fundraising, and investor relations, with a remarkable track record of securing equity through a vast network of institutional, high net worth, and venture capital investors. A visionary leader with dynamic leadership skills, Janet excels in dissecting complex business situations, crafting insightful financial analyses, and translating these into executable strategic plans. Her adeptness in communication, collaboration, and mentoring enables her to effectively engage with senior executives, investors, board members, and staff, driving organizational success. Janet is currently a Board Member of Forum Energy Metals and Horizon West Infrastructure Fund and is the Chair of the Audit Committee for Impact Silver. Janet is a CPA, CA and has an MBA from the Richard Ivey Scholl of Business.
Thomas is an exploration geologist specializing in magmatic mineral deposits and alpine geological mapping. He has extensive technical and project management experience in Au, REE, Cu-porphyry, and U deposits. He is a registered professional geologist with Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia (EGBC), and currently acts as the Vice President, Exploration for Scottie Resources Corp. He has served as a lecturer at Carleton University and British Columbia Institute of Technology. He holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. from University of New Brunswick, and was awarded the Leopold Gélinas medal for the best M.Sc. thesis from the GAC Volcanology and Igneous Petrology division. He holds a Ph.D. from Carleton University focused on magmatic controls of the Nechalacho REE deposit in the NWT.
Mr Jonathan Lafontaine started his current role as Strategic advisor for the Ministry of Natural resources and Forests of Quebec in 2020. Mr Lafontaine graduated with a B.Sc. in geology from Laval University in 2001 including an academic exchange with the University of Alberta and graduated with a M.Sc. in geology from the University of New Brunswick in 2007. He began his professional career in Saskatchewan for a uranium exploration and mining company and pursued professional interests as a geologist in New Brunswick, Quebec, and Saskatchewan. Between 2013 and 2020, he has assumed several different roles in the fields of corporate development and mining investments, and he managed international technical committees in the field of standardization at both the international and Canadian. Since the beginning of his career, he has been involved with several commodities and numerous projects representing the entire mineral development process.
Chad Williams is a distinguished leader in mining finance, with over 35 years of experience in capital markets and business management. He is the Founder and Chairman of Red Cloud Mining Capital, as well as Blue Thunder Mining Inc. and Sharechest.
Mr. Williams’ career includes leadership roles as CEO of Victoria Gold Corp., where he led the development of the Eagle Gold Project to production. Prior to that, he was Head of Mining Investment Banking at Blackmont Capital, where he advised on numerous successful financing and M&A transactions in the mining sector. Additionally, he co-founded Agilith Capital Inc. and Westwind Capital Inc., and earlier in his career, was a top-ranked mining analyst at TD Bank and other major Canadian brokerage firms.
Outside of his work in mining, Mr. Williams is the executive producer of the motion picture Red Rover and a co-founder of Hot Rod Publishing, a music company.
Mr. Williams holds a Bachelor of Engineering and an MBA from McGill University and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario. With his diverse expertise, he continues to be a key influencer in the global mining industry.
Ms. Moretto is a senior executive with more than 25 years of experience in government relations, communications, and sustainability in the mining industry. She is currently the Chair at the International Social Responsibility Committee at the Mining Association of Canada (MAC) and participated of different international committees in North America for almost two decades. Currently, she is an Independent Director at Lithium Argentina, a Canadian based lithium producer and the Vice President of Sustainability and EDI at Pan American Silver Corp. Ms Moretto has done extensive work in diversified portfolios throughout the Americas, including the political regulatory landscape and ESG performance reporting and engagement. She is the recipient of the Robert Hedley’s award of the Association of Mineral Exploration of British Columbia, Canada, and the Trailblazer Award from Women in Mining Canada.
Colin McClelland is interim Editor-in-Chief of The Northern Miner after starting there in 2022. He’s covered the Angolan civil war for Reuters; African oil, mining, hedge funds, private equity and banks for Bloomberg News; and run Associated Press coverage in Canada. Along the way there have been stints at the CBC and The Financial Post. He’s from Toronto.

Adrian Pocobelli is a broadcaster and artist based in Berlin, Germany. He was online editor of The Northern Miner website from 2012-2019 and since 2019 has been host of The Northern Miner Podcast. His interest in natural resources derives both from his love of financial markets as well as his interest in the role they've played both politically and economically throughout history.
Elena was born in Moscow, Russia and has worked and lived in Argentina, US, England, Israel and Spain. She began her career in corporate law and in 2011 she joined the mining industry after completing an international MBA at the Schulich School of Business specializing in the Global Mining Management.
Currently, Elena leads strategy, development and activities of the EY’s Mining Centre of Excellence – an innovation hub which aims to create value for the sector through collaboration of technical mining specialists, EY professionals and networks across the Americas.
Elena is a people focused business professional with the deep knowledge of the industry and expertise in ESG, EDI and business strategy. In her consulting capacity, she advises mining companies on strategy, change management and training programs. As a founder and CEO of Women Who Rock, for the last 10 years, Elena has been on forefront of the industry’s efforts to attract and retain the next generation of mining professionals. For her contributions she was named Top 100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining by WIM UK.
As President of The Northern Miner Group, Anthony has overall responsibility for some of the mining industry’s most distinguished media brands including: The Northern Miner, Canadian Mining Journal and MINING.com. Anthony holds the CFA designation, has an MBA in Investment Management and serves on the board of The Canadian Mining Hall of Fame.

He is currently Chair of the Board of Manulife Financial Corporation, as well as Chair of the Invictus Games Vancouver-Whistler 2025. He will complete his “gardening leave” from Teck Resources on December 1 and will rejoin the mining industry thereafter. Don’s first employment in mining was working underground in a uranium mine in northern Saskatchewan in the summer and later started full time work as a shift foreman at the Iron Ore Company of Canada in Labrador City. He was most excited when he was named General Foreman – Blasting. When the industry took a downturn in 1983 he went back to school and earned his MBA from Harvard Business School. Before joining Teck, Don was President of CIBC World Markets, leading the bank’s investment and corporate banking division as well as the Asia Pacific region. In 1988 he founded CIBC’s Global Mining Group and built it into a leading financing and advisory team for the mining industry with representatives in Toronto, Vancouver, London, Chicago, Sydney, Perth and Kalgoorlie. From 2007 to 2011, Don was Chair of the International Zinc Association when it developed and launched the Zinc Saves Kids campaign. He has been Chair of the International Council on Mining and Metals (ICMM), the Governors Forum on Mining and Metals at the World Economic Forum and the Business Council of Canada. Under his leadership, Teck launched its Zinc & Health program, which to date has reached more than 140 million people worldwide, including 60 million children. He also took an active role in advocating for community public safety through creating the Teck Copper & Health program, which promoted the use of antimicrobial copper to reduce the spread of infection and hospital acquired infections in healthcare and other public spaces. Under this program, Teck developed partnerships across Canada’s healthcare, transportation, education and cultural sectors to pilot the use of these cutting-edge technologies to drive research and build awareness of copper’s life-saving properties. Don has received a number of accolades and awards, the most recent of which is the Copper Club’s Ankh Award (2023).

David Garofalo is Chairman & CEO of Gold Royalty Corp., Co-Chair of Gold Mining Inc. and serves on the Board of Aris Mining. David was President & CEO and Director of Goldcorp (2016-2019), President & CEO and Director of Hudbay from 2010, Senior Vice President and CFO and Director of Agnico-Eagle from 1998 and Treasurer of Inmet Mining from 1990.
David was recognized as The Northern Miner’s Mining Person of the Year for 2012.
He was also awarded as Canada’s CFO of the Year by Financial Executives International Canada (2009) and Top Gun CFO by Brendan Wood International (2009 and 2010) and was recognized by IR Magazine with awards for Best Investor Relations by a CFO (2009 and 2010) and Best Investor Relations by a CEO (2011).
David earned designations as a Canadian Fellow of the Chartered Public Accountants and a Certified Director of the Canadian Institute of Corporate Directors. He currently serves on the Boards of Directors of the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra (Vice Chair) and Greater Vancouver Board of Trade. He and his wife Christie live in Vancouver and have eight children.

Ms. McLeod-Seltzer was first appointed as Director in October 2005 and was appointed as the Independent Chair in January 2019.
Ms. McLeod-Seltzer has been the Non-Executive Chair and a director of Bear Creek Mining since 2003 and was the Non-Executive/Independent Chair and a director of Pacific Rim Mining Corp until November 2013. She had been an officer and director of Pacific Rim Mining Corp. since 1997. From 1994 to 1996, she was the President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Arequipa Resources Ltd., a publicly traded company which she co-founded in 1992. From 1985 to 1993, she was employed by Yorkton Securities Inc. as an institutional trader and broker, and also as Operations Manager in Santiago, Chile (1991-92). She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Trinity Western University.

Frank Giustra is a Canadian entrepreneur and philanthropist who has made significant contributions in various industries. As President and CEO of the Fiore Group, he manages a diverse portfolio of assets and investments in natural resources, entertainment, and lifestyle companies. Giustra is known for his ability to build natural resource companies by accessing capital and engaging in creative deal-making.
One of his more recent projects is West Red Lake Gold (TSX.V: WRLG), a company focused on gold exploration and development in the Red Lake Gold District of Northwestern Ontario, Canada. He also served as the Chairman of Leagold Mining from 2016 to 2019, which was successfully merged to Equinox Gold (TSX: EQX), forming a significant gold-producing company operating in the Americas. Additionally, Giustra was the Chairman of Endeavour Financial from 2001 to 2007, where he acquired, grew, and divested numerous resource companies. Notably, he was founder Endeavour Mining, Wheaton River Minerals Ltd. (which later became Goldcorp), and Wheaton Precious Metals.
Earlier in his career, Giustra held executive positions at Yorkton Securities from 1980-1996. As CEO and Chairman, he played a key role in growing Yorkton Securities into a leading natural resource investment bank. He started his career Merrill Lynch.
Giustra's entrepreneurial success extends beyond the natural resource sector. In 1997, he founded Lionsgate Entertainment, which has become one of the world's largest independent film companies.
Beyond his business endeavors, Giustra is recognized for his philanthropic activities. He established The Giustra Foundation, a Canadian charity that supports initiatives focused on women and children, education, refugee resettlement. The foundation is a founding partner in the Global Refugee Sponsorship Initiative. Outside of Canada, his Giustra International Foundation seeds and supports organizations leading the way in conflict resolution and foreign policy.
In 2007, Giustra launched Acceso, a social business builder that addresses global poverty through entrepreneurial solutions, particularly in agribusinesses in Colombia, El Salvador, and Haiti.
In 2020, Giustra was appointed Co-Chair of the International Crisis Group, an independent, non-partisan organization that provides analysis and advice to policymakers on preventing and resolving deadly conflicts.
Due to his contributions and achievements, Frank Giustra has received several honors and awards, including the Order of Canada, the Order of British Columbia, and other distinguished accolades.
